More than 5/6 of the super world is just difficult, not in the fair or fun difficult, in the worst way, positively bullshit unfair difficult. If the only thing that goes through someone say head while playing is “wow, I never want to do this again” you know you are a fucking excuse to the smm2 creator’s name. NSMB3 is by far the worst traditional super world I have ever seen.
Levels that fucking purge your brain haunting you until the day you stop breathing because of their bullshitness. You know you done fucked up when your entire world is filled to the brim with memorable levels. Really beautiful though I gotta say the there was some of the level in the first world that felt a bit cluttered.īut yeah a really, REALLY recommendable super world. The decoration of the level's actually felt unique to me. escaping out in the corner of the screen after completing a level. Loved them and the small details such as bowser jr.
I also appreciated the design choice to have very few power-up's which kept me challenged for a lot of the level's.Īlso the boss fights! WOAW. To many creators just spam us with 1-up's. Nice to experience a super world where you're 1-up's actually feels important. Speaking of the difficulty which was perfect for my 2D Mario skillset.
It's hard to find traditional super worlds that have the right amount of challenge but also a well build difficulty curve throughout the worlds.
